To our Valued Customers and Community Members,Our top priority during this time is to ensure that our employees, customers and community are safe and able to continue traveling in the safest manner possible.In addition to our already-cleaned and maintained dealerships, and additional emphasis on regular hand-washing, we have increased and added to our cleaning procedures as follows:
- Increased frequency of sanitation of all customer contact areas: door handles, seating areas, tablets, phones, desks, children's areas, bathrooms, handrails, vehicles, vending machines, beverage dispensers, and remote controls
- Adding signage to restrooms requiring employee hand-washing before returning to work areas
- Adding additional hand-sanitizing stations
- Monitoring and replenishing of all cleaning and sanitation supplies to ensure a continuous, rigorous schedule of use
- Use of new, clean gloves by service department personnel who come into contact directly with customer vehicles
- Eliminating unnecessary close contact between employees and customers and between employees, including minimizing the sharing of equipment and office supplies
- Spread out seating options in waiting area and adding outdoor seating options of (at least) 6-feet apart
- Offer of pick-up and delivery for both sales and service, including vehicle appraisals
- Using plastic steering wheel covers on customer vehicles throughout service
- Making sure that plastic seat covers are installed on vehicles in service
- Ensuring that our courtesy shuttles are disinfected between each customer
- Courtesy wipe-down of hard surfaces in customer vehicles after service
We are also ensuring our team has the information they need to stay healthy and mandated them to stay home if they aren't feeling well. These practices are informed by guidance from the CDC, WHO, and state and local authorities . Based on the guidance we have received from these organizations, our own preparedness, and the current state of our operations, our dealership will remain open to service our customers and community at this time. We will provide any updates via our social media pages and our websites, should any additional changes need to be made.Additionally, we are available to assist with any sales, service, parts or other questions or concerns online or over the phone.
